We Cannot Out Perform Our Self Image

What is it you really think about yourself?




As we are working towards self growth, our ability to grow is directly correlated to what we believe to be true about ourselves.


If you're looking to grow professionally, what do you believe about yourself and your ability to achieve that next level that you're working towards?


If you're looking to grow personally, what do you believe about yourself and your ability to achieve that next level?


The truth is, we have the ability to learn all that we need to in order to become all that we want to.   But it's our own thoughts about what we are capable of that keeps us stuck from moving forward and growing personally.


Let me share an example.


One of my clients is a photographer, we will call her Sue.   


Sue wants to attract higher end clients to her business, but she believes that her work isn't good enough yet.  Even though she has clients telling her all the time how amazing she is.  But every time she sits down to do her marketing, or has an opportunity to network and find great clients, she finds that her motivation is low.   That belief that she isn't as good as she wants to be yet is holding her back and as long as she holds onto that thought, she will always be challenged in moving herself forward.


But what if she started believing that she was good enough.  What if she started to believe that her works is actually great, and her clients love her work.   


That belief would feel lighter, exciting, empowering to Sue.   And then when she goes to do her marketing she will not only be excited to do her work, her mind will also be open to all the ideas, enlightenment and inspiration to help her find these higher paying clients.


Because she believes she is great. 


It all comes back to what we think about ourselves.  That is the core of everything in our lives.


What are the goals and outcomes that you are currently working on in your life?


What is it that you believe about yourself that might be holding you back from achieving these goals?


What if what you believe isn't really true?


Is there something else that could be true?


Many of our thoughts and beliefs that we have about ourselves are thoughts and habits that we have been programming in our mind for decades.   


But they can be cleared, and it's possible for you to move into a higher level for yourself by programming what's really true about you and choosing to live into that every day.
