In a recent heartfelt chat with a close friend, she shared that her daughter often goes from extreme highs to feeling really down.
In another conversation, someone told me how they're not finding joy because they haven't achieved what they've been working hard for.
Just this morning, I felt a bit down because my own goals are taking longer than expected.
In each of these situations, giving ourselves the gift of grace is incredibly valuable.
Grace allows us to be okay with where we are, even when we're frustrated.
It helps us be okay when we're feeling great, but worried it won't last.
And it helps us keep a better perspective on where we're going, how far we've come, and the patience needed to get there.
In my faith-based life coaching practice here in Gilbert, I see the power of grace every day.
Grace is comforting, nurturing, and healing.
It's one of the best tools we can use to feel better in a world that tells us we're not enough, not doing enough, or don't have enough.
Grace is a gift we can give ourselves and those around us.
Why does it work so well?
Because grace is also love.
And love is always the core answer to every problem.
Grace is also acceptance.
And grace is trust.
Learning to utilize grace throughout the day is the best way to find that calm and turn your day into more.
